Hi, thanks for joining me today, today we are going to talk about guest rooms. Guest rooms are wonderful rooms to decorate, redecorate, and add a little bit of your flare and personality too.

There are a couple things to think about, when you’re decorating a guest room. Basically things that make your guests comfortable, in your home.

First thing is to think about being sure that you have adequate lighting next to each side of the bed…often times your guest like to read before they fall asleep at night.

It’s nice to have a reading lamp close at hand. Secondly, you want to think about your pillows, have a variety of different kinds of bed pillows, firm pillows, soft pillows, again so your guests have a choice.

The third thing that I think is important in your guest room is to have an extra chair for seating, so that there is an alternative place for your guests to sit, rather than having the bed available to them. And the fourth thing is to really have fun decorating your guest room.

Add a touch of whimsy, showcase your collections. Have a theme to your guest room. Most of all it’s important that your guest room kink of reflects your taste and your style, but ultimately be extremely comfortable for those who are going to visit you.
